[Ohrrpgce] [Bug 983] plotscript.hsd included in 20130404 nightly is out of date according to same hspeak.exe in same nightly.

Plotsript.hsd and .hss file are in the same directory.

Hspeak path: C:\Users\o67g39g\DocumentsOHRRPGCE\Belzebufo Nightly\hpeak.exe
