James, to compile for OS X 10.4+, change the following lines in distrib-mac.sh:

scons
scons hspeak unlump relump

to

scons macsdk=10.4 fbc=/home/ralph/src/fbc-mac-10.4/fbc game custom
hspeak unlump relump

However, I have not had a single Mac OS 10.4 or 10.5 user confirm that
those builds actually work! I'm reasonably confident that they do, but
I'd like to check before declaring it fixed. (Without macsdk
specified, builds continue to target the machine's OS as always (which
is OS 10.7 for lookers-on), but those builds work on OS 10.6 too
because not much has changed, system libraries-wise.)
