unlumpfile: if a lump can't be written, skip it, showing an error, instead of stopping

Part three of fix for bug 973: quiting and playing another game broken on Windows

I believe that unlumpfile couldn't overwrite stuck music files on
Windows, because, IIRC if you try to delete a file but can't because
it's still open, then the file is marked for deletion later, which
prevents anyone else from opening the file until it is deleted.
