Fixed. A combination of four things:
-music wasn't stopped before trying to delete all temp file when quitting a
game
-stopsong only paused the music instead of closing the file anyway
-unlumpfile stopped as soon as it couldn't write a file
-IIRC, on Windows, if you try to delete a file but can't because it's still
open, then the file is marked for deletion later, which prevents anyone else
from opening the file until it is. Nasty!
