gfx_directx: v1.9. Interfaces updated to gfx.new.h proposed interfaces. Added a "Refresh Joysticks - Count: x" button to the Options dialog, in case a joystick is plugged in or removed during run, and the user wishes to refresh the state. It also reports the number of joysticks plugged in. Updated release notes.
