Mac .app bundling: bundle-apps.sh, templates, framework builds, and Game & Custom support for running out of an .app

ohrrpgce.new and ohrhelp/ are placed in Custom's bundle. (I forgot to test whether help files actually work). All necessary frameworks also packaged up.

Frameworks.tar.gz includes x86-only builds of SDL.framework and SDL_mixer.framework, with midi loop fix and statically linked to libmad instead of including the huge smpeg framework. tar'd to preserve symlinks.

The templates include native Mac versions of game.ico and custom.ico. Hopefully this'll convince someone to replace them >:)

Still missing is support for including an .rpg file in Game's app, and for running the support utilities from Custom's.
