Early work on a raw reload editor
(this is not going to be the Editor Editor, it is the Editor Editor Editor)

Pretty limited right now. only reads .reld files and lets you mangle the node names
but the important part is that it does this without crashing ;)

Press F2 from the main menu in custom if you want to play with it
