The shift key doesn't seem to register at all, either in the map editor (as the
fast scrolling key) or when typing. Capslock doesn't make capital letters while
text editing either.

Although I read something that suggests this sort of problem may be due to the
new graphic plugin the new nightly is using?  If so, is there any way to fix
the shift/capitalization problem?
