Alright, this one DEFINITELY seems like a bug to me.  I've been exporting the
textboxes for editing, but when I import them again, any textbox with a menu
option put in seems to change the tag setting on it weirdly.  Basically, if I
want textbox 1 to show menu 3, when I import the textboxes it'll change to show
menu 3 if tag 3 is on.  So it's setting the tags to the same setting as the
menu.

I just tested it and it only seems to mess up after you import it again.  So
it's fine when it exports, but when it imports the text, the tags are changed
on the menu selection.
