not-yet-ported types:
 * old and new 16color palette formats
 * fnt
 * say

TODO:
 * easy interface that abstracts memmapping, offsets, and dtypes.
 * the remaining formats
 * update memmapped-fileformats.rst to match the reality of dtypes and
classes being implemented in ohrrpgce.py
 * pay more attention to GEN fields (respect 'max FOO' fields)
 * package ohrrpgce.py up nicely with setup.py and friends.,  make it
available on PyPI
 * is there anything missing?

It's still a little rough, you can get real stuff done with it though :)
