Add some slice plotscripting commands:
 slice x, slice y
 set slice x, set slice y
 slice width, slice height
 set horiz align, set vert align
 set horiz anchor, set vert anchor

Fixed a bug in the sprite loading commands for enemies
that caused palette 0 to be used instead of the default palette.
