Well, it looks like clone sprites are now fixed and the load/replace sprite
commands still work as expected. That's the good news. The bad news is that the
plot-sprites are now ignoring all palette swapping calls... everything from
initialization through to the "set sprite palette" command. It always, by
default, loads the default palette.

Worse still, frame arguments will still crash game.exe if their values are
beyond a plot-sprite's acceptable range. I'm debating the severity of this
one... it's a controllable matter, albeit an annoying one (any game-crashing
behavior is sure to be the bane of playtesters).
