New backend interfaces. Added a _real_ port of c++ to freebasic code. In keeping with nomanclature, the interfaces have "x" in the name which are to be replaced by the backend, ie. gfx_sdl_Initialize(). The previous gfx.new.bi contains the function pointers to the new interfaces. gfx.new.h contains the c function declarations. No function pointers are needed as nothing is loaded in c.
