New backend, update. Forgot to add bAspectRatioPreservation as a member to GFX_PREFERENCES. Also, removed command line option interfaces that were similar to gfx_setoption() and gfx_describe_options()--gfx_SetPreferences() and gfx_GetPreferences() cleanly replaces them.
