Added io_keybits and io_mousebits, which are provided by the polling thread as wrappers around io_updatekeys and io_getmouse; separated the polling thread from everything else.
I also decreased the sleep time of the polling thread from 25ms to 8ms because it was missing tonnes of clicks on this computer! Probably something to do with the linux scheduler. It still misses some. :( The solution is... to switch to gfx_sdl without polling thread, of course.
