Wait, I've got the full Visual Studio suite installed, but little GNU. Does that make me casual?

Reasoning that there's no point delaying optimisations aimed at already very old computers until fb2c++, I've ported the blitting and scaling functions (gfxsubs.bas, drawohr and draw_sprite) to C. No further optimisations or removal of unnecessary loop unrolling done.
Once again, a prebuilt object file is available for the casual Windows user (one who does not have more GNU than Microsoft software on their machine)
