[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/3154 Update the F1 help for attack targetting to use "Random Roulette"

Update the F1 help for attack targetting to use "Random Roulette"
for the target setting. (Previously had a typo that said "Random Target"
instead of "Random Focus")

Also add a note about the way the old target will be used in a chain
if target class and target setting are unchanged and preferred target
is default.
