Summary: game and custom sometimes crash shortly after starting
with gfx_sdl
Product: OHRRPGCE
Version: Nigtly WIP Builds (Ypsiliform)
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: critical
Priority: P2
Component: backend:gfx_sdl
AssignedTo: ohrrpgce at lists.motherhamster.org
ReportedBy: Bob at HamsterRepublic.com
This morning, after switching the default linux gfx backend to gfx_sdl I have
noticed two apparently random crashes, one in game and one in custom.
The first time, I was opening wandering hamster from the command-line. The
custom window remained black for a moment when it seemed to be unlumping, and
then it crashed. I forgot to check the gdb output.
The second crash was with game, also loading wandering hamster from the
command-line. The crash occured after a longer-than-normal pause on the screen
that says "Loading..." at the top.
