Implement load_text_box_portrait SUB for both custom and game
Convert previewbox GOSUB block to textbox_edit_preview SUB
Convert groovybox GOSUB block to textbox_appearance_editor SUB
 * Update appearance editor to use a MenuState object
 * Update appearance editor to use allocatepage instead of fixed screen page for background
