You can now type in NPC numbers and formation set numbers in NPC placement
mode and foemapping mode respectively.

Also changed the delete-everything-on-the-selected-tile key from BACKSPACE
to CTRL+BACKSPACE to avoid accadentally deleting things when typing ID numbers
