Current status:

gfx_fb with freebasic 0.20.0

Fullscreen changes desktop resolution temporarily. Original desktop resolution
is correctly restored after exiting. desktop toolbar remains visible at the
top. A few pixels of chrome remain visible on the left. -b option makes no
difference.

Now that other issues with the gfx_sdl backend have been resolved, I am
thinking of making it the default.
