Possible partial fix for bug 348
Now aligns the weapon's Y position to the heroes feet,
and then aligns it with their hand using the weapon's Z-coordinate.
This should resolve the problem of drawing weapons behind other heroes,
but it does not resolve whether a weapon is drawn in front of or behind the hero that is using it.
