* Slice editor now loads all generic properties from the files it saves
* removed magic number code from slice editor, replaced it with
  code in slices.bas that works with the SliceTypes ENUM
* Fixed a memoryleak in ReplaceSlice (which is now more
  accurately named ReplaceSliceType)
