[Ohrrpgce] String commands implemented

Ok, as of today(sunday the 29th of may), the following string commands were 
implemented
show string (string ID)
clear string (string ID)
append ascii (string ID, ascii code)
append number (string ID, number)
copy string (source string ID, dest string ID)
concatenate strings (source string ID, dest string ID)
string length (string ID)
replace char (string ID, position, ascii)
delete char (string ID, position)
ascii from string (string ID, position)
these two were softcoded into plotscr.hsd 
string to globals (string ID, starting global ID, length)
globals to string (string ID, starting global ID, length)

I also embedded strings into textboxes with ${S#}
I will create patches later on today(have to download the svn program)
