I can try to find the source, but it is written for Delphi 4, and
requires an assortment of third-party controls. With some work and
patience, it could probably be ported to freepascal/lazarus
Anyway, if I can find it, I will definitely GPL it, but I don't think it
will be in a compileable state.
There are only two important things that HssEd does. One, it provides
context sensitive quick help, and two, it provides quick built-in
compile.
It might be more productive (and fun) to re-implement those two features
as a plug-in for some existing code-editor (although I don't know a
suitable code editor off the top of my head.)

Ooh. I completely forgot about uploading the xml to the website. I will
have to do that.
As for the plotdictionary.html file, I agree it is obsolete for
everything but HssEd... although I love the fact that the XML format
makes it so absurdly easy to generate the html file anyway.
