[Ohrrpgce] XML Documentation

I can see what that problem is. Was playing around with it, and
accidentally un-closed a self-closing tag. My bad.

I've also determined that the green text is because browsers are being
stupid in the treatment of <a name="whatever" /> tags, insisting on <a
name="whatever"></a>. I'll upload a fixed version.
