Ok, after a long wait, I finally got around to finishing the XML
Plotscripting dictionary:

http://ohr.finalfantasyq.com/plotdict.xml

If your browser supports XML and XSLT (modern browsers do), you'll see
what it looks like. You can see what the raw data looks like by
checking the source code.

If you're running an old/text browser, you'll have to use this static link:

http://ohr.finalfantasyq.com/plotdictionary.html

That was generated from the XML file above using Saxon XSLT processor
(http://saxon.sf.net).

Anyway, I hereby submit this to James for review and potential
acceptance. If it is accepted (and I don't see any reason why not),
then all documentation patches will need ot be in the XML format. Full
documentation of how it works is inside the XML file.

If anyone else other than James has comments or suggestions, I'd love
to hear them. I'm open to new features as well, if you know XSLT and
have any ideas.
