Hspeak does not require that scripts which are defined to actually exist,
leading to a  "failed to unlump #.hsx" error when the script is called
(forgetful scripters? :). It should give a warning in these cases if possible.

Additionally, it will allow several scripts to have the same name, and will add
several identically named #.hsx lumps to the output .hs file. When the file is
unlumped, one hsx lump will overwrite the others. Hspeak should warn or disallow
this.
