I found httrack from http://httrack.com which does the mirroring quite well.

Produces output that is almost good enough to use as-is. The links to "edit" or
"history" or "Recent Changes" are all adjusted to point back to the real wiki.

The downloading of images isn't quite right, but it is probably fixable.
