Now that the HOWTO and FAQ both live at
http://HamsterRepublic.com/ohrrpgce/wiki.php we need a practical way of
packaging them up so they can be distributed in a ZIP file and read off-line. I
know there are utilities for making frozen mirriors of sites with internal links
adjusted, but I don't know which is best for this purpose. We need to explore
both general-purpose offlien mirroring tools, and MediaWiki-specific mirroring
tools (The wiki runs on Mediawiki software from http://wikipedia.sf.net/ )
