I figured it out. The latest bugzilla update changed the table format, 
which was causing errors on search and on login (and probably elsewhere 
too). I ran checksetup.pl to fix it, but in doing so it messed up some 
permissions, which made everything crash. So I cleaned up the 
permissions, and now it is cool again.
