If you go to http://hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/wiki.php/.GEN you will find
documentation about the .GEN file. This is the correct official place for
documenting this especially messy lump.

However, for practical programming purposes, it is helpful to have docs actually
in the source code. This currently exists in the form of a bunch of comments at
the bottom of the main module of custom.bas ... it isn't convenient, and it
doesn't say in synch with the official docs on the wiki very well.

What would be really nice is to create constants for each important element of
gen() for example, CONST genMaps = 0 CONST genTitle = 1 CONST genTitleMusic = 2
and so-on
